In order to solve the problems of many production units, complex pollutant composition and difficulty in overall optimization of water pollution control in petrochemical park, the analysis of pollution sources of petrochemical wastewater was carried out, and a characteristic pollutant test method without standard analysis method in Petrochemical Industry Pollutant discharge Standard (GB 31571-2015) was developed, which filled the gap in the analysis method of characteristic organic compounds in mixed wastewater.In view of the difficulty of resource recovery and source discharge reduction of petrochemical wastewater, the key technology of electric field combined demulsification and oil removal of emulsified wastewater with high oil content and salt content was broken through, and the efficient and rapid separation of emulsified oil from electric desalting wastewater was realized. the operating cost and oil removal effect are significantly better than the traditional process. The key technology of ABS resin grafted latex composite coagulation clean production has been broken through, and the discharge of suspended polymers in ABS composite coagulation wastewater has been reduced by 80%, which effectively supports the implementation of the plant wastewater treatment project. In view of the low efficiency of ozonation of petrochemical comprehensive sewage, the key technology of upgrading petrochemical comprehensive sewage ozonation has been broken through, the removal rate of COD has been increased by about 30%, the ozone consumption per unit COD has been reduced by about 20%, and the energy saving and consumption reduction of sewage treatment is obvious. In view of the characteristics of the petrochemical industry, such as long production chain, wide coverage, and a large number of enterprises and parks, 44 large petrochemical enterprises covering the Yangtze River, Yellow River, Pearl River, Songhua River, Huaihe River, Haihe River, Liaohe River and other key basins have carried out the investigation and evaluation of industry water pollution control technology, and preliminarily constructed the whole process control technology system of water pollution in petrochemical industry to guide the upgrading of water pollution control in petrochemical park. Promote the promotion and application of the whole process control concept in the petrochemical industry.
