The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" water project "Tianjin Binhai Industrial Zone Wastewater Pollution Control and Ecological Rehabilitation Comprehensive Demonstration" project is aimed at the Tianjin Binhai New Area Industrial Zone, especially the chemical park wastewater, which has complex components, high concentrations, high biotoxicity, and difficult biodegradability. "One complex, two highs and one difficult" water quality characteristics, developed two complete sets of technology "organic and heavy metal pre-oxidation and separation", "mixed salt MVR cycle separation and recycling", breaking through the high-salt refractory wastewater organic matter and The technical bottleneck of heavy metal separation has realized high-quality recovery of more than 99% of inorganic salt resources and 100% of condensate recovery. The technology demonstration project was carried out in Tianjin Binhai New Area. The wastewater treatment scale reached 2,000 tons / day, the inorganic salt recovery in the wastewater reached 3,000 tons / month, and the separated sodium sulfate reached the national secondary standard.


The MVR-type mechanical compression equipment and activated carbon adsorption and regeneration device developed by the project have been applied to 15 engineering projects in 6 industries such as gas field mining, papermaking, cement and chemical industry in Ordos and Hangzhou in China, and have been extended to South Korea, In the United States and other countries, the total scale of wastewater treatment exceeds 10,000 tons per day. At present, the project team is carrying out technology promotion and docking with Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone, Cangzhou Bohai New Zone and Africa Zambia and other places. The wastewater treatment scale is expected to reach 30,000 tons / day.
